This notice explains what JarrahSoft collects when you use this website, why, and the choices you have.

What we collect
When you send a project brief we record the details you typed (name, brand, website, services, budget, timeline and message) and which page you were on. When you tap a WhatsApp or email button we record that the tap happened, the page and the button, but not who you are. Your actual messages go to WhatsApp or your email provider, not to this website.
Cookies and advertising
With your consent we use Google Analytics, the Meta (Facebook and Instagram) pixel and the TikTok pixel to understand how people find us and to measure our ads. These tools may set cookies and receive details such as your IP address, browser and the pages you visit. We also send the same events to these platforms from our server, so their reports are accurate. If you decline, none of these tools are loaded and nothing is shared with them.
How we use it
To reply to your enquiry, to see which pages and adverts bring us work, and to improve the website. We never sell your details.
How long we keep it
Enquiry records are kept for up to 24 months and then deleted. Analytics and advertising data is kept according to each platform's own settings.
Your choices
You can decline cookies in the banner, or change your mind any time with the "Cookie settings" link in the footer. To see or delete the details we hold about you, email us and we will reply within 30 days.
